At Youth Haven, our Semi-Supported Group Living Homes are purposefully designed to support young people as they begin their journey into adulthood. These homes provide a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment, ideal for young people who require personalised, one-to-one support while developing the skills needed for independent living.

We provide a Bespoke Independent Living Programme, carefully tailored to each young person’s development stage and goals. This includes:

  • Life skills development (e.g. budgeting, cooking, time management)

  • Specialist online training courses designed around real-life scenarios

  • Support in accessing education, employment, and vocational pathways

  • Guidance with applications for college, traineeships, and work placements

Access to Specialist Services

Our support network also includes:

  • Mental health services and substance misuse support

  • Career services, CV and interview preparation

  • Help accessing traineeships, apprenticeships, and local work schemes

We take care of the practicalities so young people can focus on their growth:

  • Fully furnished, ready-to-live-in homes

  • All bills included (including free Wi-Fi)

  • Ongoing maintenance and repairs provided

To promote engagement and life skills, we offer:

  • Weekly cooking classes

  • Incentive-based activities to encourage progress and participation

We continue supporting young people beyond the age of 18, helping them secure sustainable accommodation in local or culturally appropriate areas, ensuring a smooth and supported transition into adult life.
